Are there any prerequisites for this program?
First and foremost, you must believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. Beyond that, the only prerequisites are a high school diploma and access to high-speed internet in order to take the course. There are no other educational requirements. The training provided by The School of Christian Health and Nutrition will equip you to be an effective agent of change in the world.
How long is this program?
This is a ten-month program, and it must be completed within the scheduled time. Our April 2024 cohort begins April 8, 2024, and the last class is February 24, 2025.
If the course requirements are not completed within the scheduled time, our students may opt to pay a $499 "Repeater" fee to retake the course with the following cohort. Eligibility for this option is at instructor discretion only.
How is the program structured?
There will be one module released each month for ten months (there are nine modules total, with Module 4 being split into two parts). We will stay on pace together as a class. Each module includes independent reading assignments, videos, and a quiz. There will also be a 1-hour, instructor-led conference call every week during the program on Mondays. Calls will be recorded and recordings sent out in case you can’t make the live sessions due to your schedule or miss a call.
How much time should I expect to dedicate to this program each week?
Students should allow for a minimum of 7-10 hours a week to complete the reading, videos, conference calls, study and take quizzes.
What happens after I graduate this program?
You will earn a certificate in Christian Health and Nutrition to work as a Christian Health Practitioner. You may use this in numerous ways which include (but are not limited to):
-Establishing your own private consulting practice (dependent on your state’s laws).

Is this an accredited program?
The School of Christian Health and Nutrition is a private online institution that trains practitioners to address nutrition and health in alignment with God’s Word/Biblical Principles. Our program offers certification and not licensure, as it is not accredited by the Department of Education or a Clinical Board. It will not qualify you to work in a hospital or other government regulated setting. Most licensure programs focus on disease management and are beholden to government guidelines. Because of this, these programs are limited in their ability to provide holistic education about optimal health.
Is this certificate recognized by my state?
States vary in their requirements for those providing health and nutritional counseling and advice. Some require licensure or working under supervision of a licensed practitioner.
